AuSPICA Impartiality Policy

AuSPICA aims to provide quality oriented and value based services in the field of third party auditing and certification/registration. AuSPICA carries out its certification activities in an impartial manner and exercises utmost care in managing conflict of interest and ensuring objectivity in certification process and decision making. AuSPICA endeavors to maintain independence in certification activities without influence of any commercial, financial or other interests.

AuSPICA QUALITY POLICY

AuSPICA is committed to the development, implementation and maintenance of an integrated Management System that incorporates quality management and encompasses an environment which fosters continual improvement.

To achieve this commitment in the delivery of quality seed potato certification services which includes the production of high health foundation seed material, we will ensure:

  • Compliance with statutory regulations and requirements of jurisdictions which the organisation operates
  • Compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. This compliance is certified on an annual basis by independent auditors ICS (Integrated Consulting Solutions).
  • The needs and expectations of our clients are clearly understood and achieved.
  • All employees understand the importance of their individual roles in the organisation and how their actions impact on the quality services provided.
  • The health, safety and welfare of employees, clients and visitors remain of the highest priority.
  • All employees are given the opportunity to develop their individual skills through support and training.
